Active network connections

In this module you can monitor all the active connections you have to the Internet. It displays real-time details about your network connections on all protocols and shows process names initiated network connections. You can set filters to block or drop connections that may be harmful for the system.

View a list of active connections

  • Protocol - name of the protocol.
  • Local address - local IP-address, i.e. the IP-address of your server.
  • Service - number of the local port.
  • External address - IP-address of a remote server you are connected to.
  • Process ID - unique identifier of the process establishing the connection.
  • Process name - name of the process.
  • Flow - number of flows that are used for connection.


Drop connection

To drop the connection, select it and click the "Drop" icon. Confirm that you want to drop the selected connection by clicking OK on the following form.

Block connection

To block the connection, select it and click the "Block" icon. Confirm that you want to block the selected connection by clicking OK on the following form.

To unblock, go to the Firewall (ISPmanager) module, click the Image:T-redirect.png icon to go to the Extended configuration module. Select the blocked connection and delete it.
