Add new domain contact

From ISPWiki

In order to add a new domain contact, click the "Add" icon and fill out the following form.

• Contact types - the following contact types are available:
  • Generic - this type of the contact can be created outside ru. and su. domain zones.
  • Individual - this type of the contact can be created in ru and su. domain zones.
  • Сompany - this type of the contact can be created in ru and su. domain zones.
• Contact name - enter a contact name (any name you like).

The following form will vary depending on the selected contact type:

Generic

Account

• Company - enter a company name.
• First name - enter a contact person name.
• Last name -enter a contact person surname.

Contact data

• E-mail - enter a contact person e-mail.
• Phone number - enter a contact person telephone number in international format. E.g. +7.4957273879. For RU. and SU. domain name registration the phone number should be indicated with international code and city code, without brackets or dashes. Codes and phone number should be separated by spaces, e.g. +7 495 7273879.
• Fax - enter a contact person fax number in international format, e.g. +7.4957273879. For RU. and SU. domain name registration the phone number should be indicated with international code and city code, without brackets or dashes. Codes and phone number should be separated by spaces, eg +7 495 7273879.

Address

• Country - select a country of residence.
• State - enter a province/state (only for the USA and Canada residents).
• ZIP code - enter a ZIP/postal code.
• City - enter a city.
• Address - enter a street, building, apartment of the mail receiver.

Individual

Account In English:

• First name - enter a contact person name.
• Middle name - enter a contact person middle name (the first letter without the dot).
• Last name - enter a contact person last name.

In Russian:

• First name - enter a contact person name.
• Middle name - enter a contact person middle name (the first letter without the dot).
• Last name - enter a contact person last name.

Contact data:

• E-mail - enter a contact person e-mail address.
• Phone number - enter a contact person telephone number in international format, such as +7.4957273879. For RU. and SU. domain name registration the phone number should be indicated with international code and city code, without brackets or dashes. Codes and phone number should be separated by spaces, e.g. +7 495 7273879.
• Fax - enter a contact person fax number in international format, such as +7.4957273879. For RU. and SU. domain name registration the phone number should be indicated with international code and city code, without brackets or dashes. Codes and phone number should be separated by spaces, such as +7 495 7273879.

Additional information:

• Date of birth - enter a contact person birth day.
• Passport - enter his passport number; authority having issued the passport; date of issue (DD.MM.YYYY). Example: 25 03 335577 issued by ABC of Moscow 10.03.2003 (without the number symbol).
• VAT number - enter the official Value added tax registration number as used by the EU, which begins with GB, FR, DE etc. depending on which country the company operates from.

Check the "Hide the owner's name" box to enable this function in the Whois database.

Address:

• Country - select a country.

Residential address

• State - enter a province/state (only for the USA and Canada residents).
• ZIP code - enter a ZIP/postal code.
• City - enter a city.
• Address - enter a street, building, apartment of the mail receiver.

Postal address

• State - enter a province/state (only for the USA and Canada residents).
• ZIP code - enter a ZIP/postal code.
• City - enter a city.
• Address - enter a street, building, apartment of the mail receiver.
• Mail receiver - enter the name of a person who will receive email.

Company

Account

In English

• Company - enter a company name.

In Russian

• Company - enter a company name.

Contact data

• E-mail - enter a contact person e-mail.
• Phone number - enter a contact person telephone number.
• Fax - enter a contact person fax number.

Additional information:

These fields are not obligatory.

• VAT number - enter VAT number of the individual.
• KPP -enter the company KPP (only for the Russian Federation residents).

Address

• Country - select a country.

Legal address

• State - enter a province/state (only for the USA and Canada residents).
• ZIP code - enter a ZIP/postal code.
• City - enter a city.
• Address - enter a street, building, apartment of the mail receiver.

Postal address

• State - enter a province/state (only for the USA and Canada residents).
• ZIP code - enter a ZIP/postal code.
• City - enter a city.
• Address - enter a street, building, apartment of the mail receiver.
• Mail receiver - enter the name of a person who will receive the mail.
