Add new partner and Edit existing partner's parameters

To add a new partner, click the "Add" icon and fill out the form. The form consists of three tabs:

Contact information

Module «Partner management»
  • User name - enter a partner username to access the system.
  • Password - enter a password to access the system. The password can be randomly generated by the system. To get one, click a special button next to the field.
  • Re-type password - retype the password to ensure it was entered correctly. If it was randomly generated, confirmation is set automatically.


  • E-mail - enter an e-mail address for notifications.
  • Contact person - provide a contact person for notifications.


Module «Partner management»
  • Project name - enter a partner project name.
  • Web site - enter a partner web-site.
  • Billing domain name - enter a domain name to access the system that is used to identify the project if it is not specified.
  • Currency - from the drop-down menu select currency that will be used to invoice partner's clients (according to the selected project).


This field is used for additional information concerning a new partner.

Edit partner

To edit a partner, locate the partner you wish to edit, click the "Edit" icon and modify the settings you want to change.
