Answers

This module can be used to create and manage answers to the early created survey questions. You can also view a list of your customers who took part in the survey and selected a specific answer.

List of answers

  • ID - answer unique identifier.
  • Position - position of the answer on the list.
  • Answer - text of the answer.

Add answer

To add a new answer to the selected question, click the "New" icon and fill out the form:

  • Answer - specify your answer.
  • Position - specify the place where this answer should be.

Edit answer

To edit an answer, locate the answer you wish to edit, click the "Edit" icon and modify the settings you want to change.

Delete answer

To delete an answer, select it from the list and click the "Delete" icon. Confirm that you wish to delete the answer by clicking OK on the following form.

Merge answers

This feature can be used if a call-operator received similar answers, so they can be merged into one. Select the answers on the list and click the "Merge" icon.

  • New answer - provide the name for the new answer.
  • Position - specify the place where this answer should be.
