Assigned departments

Each administrator can be assigned to one or several Departments. Creating departments and assigning administrators allows you to grant specific sets of actions to your staff. For example, administrators of the "Finance department" will be taking care of generating invoices, contracts, payments and other billing operations, however they will not need to access any marketing information. Technical support administrators will resolve problems with functionality of the products and services provided to your customers.

In this module You can view information about departments, and manage the administrator's access to specific functions of the system. When the administrator is assigned to the department, he will be able to view and respond to tickets in that department.

View a list of departments

  • ID - department unique identifier.
  • Department name - department this administrator is assigned to.
  • Status - current administrator status:

Image:p-off.png - the administrator is not assigned to the selected department.
