BILLmanager password recovery

If you lost or forgot you BILLmanager password, you can easily restore it following the procedure below. Open the billing authorization form and click the "Password recovery" link.

Methods
There are two methods for password recovery in the billing system:
Recovery via email address
If the "Password recovery via SMS " check box is not selected in the Global settings module you may restore password by specifying your username or email address.
- Username - provide your billing username. Password recovery instructions will be sent to the email address you provided in the user settings.
- E-mail - if you forget your username, provide the email address that you specified when registering in the billing system. All usernames associated with that email address will be sent there. Choose a username for which you want to recover password and provide it into the "Username" form. Password recovery instructions will be sent to your email address.
Please note! If you remember neither your username nor email, contact our Customer care department for assistance.
Recovery via sms
If the "Password recovery via SMS" check box is selected in the Global settings module, you may recover your password via sms.
- Username - provide your billing username. A recovery code will be sent to the verified phone number specified in the user properties form. Enter that recovery code into the form that will appear on the next step.
- E-mail - if you forget your username, provide the email address that you specified when registering in the billing system. All the usernames associated with that email address will be sent there. Choose a username for which you want to recover password and provide it into the "Username" form.
A recovery code will be sent to the verified phone number specified in the user properties form. Enter that recovery code into the form that will appear on the next step.
Troubleshooting
If you provided invalid information or errors occurred while recovering your password, the following error messages may appear:
- You have reached the limit of password recover attempts. Please contact the Customer care department
- Email is not specified for param
- This username is not registered
- Phone number is not specified. Contact your Customer care department
- Invalid recovery code
