CageFS and ISPmanager

CageFS is a tool the can be used for shared-hosting enabling to limit resources allocated to a user. How to install

1. Install CloudLinux

2. Install ISPmanager

3. Install CageFS as described in the official documentation. CageFS will configure required files and install required plug-ins.


Once you are done, you will be able to select the "CageFS" check box in the user edit form to for settings limits. You can configure accounts-limits with the LVE manager that is installed automatically. The corresponding links will be shown at left lower corner of the control panel interface.

Important notes:

Limits on php-scripts will be applied only if php as cgi is activated. If php as Apache module is activate, they won't be applied. It depend on which user the scripts start.
