Clone items

The provider can transfer products and services from one customer account to another. A customer must submit a corresponding request to the support center from both accounts. To do that, select "Clone items" in the "Tools" module. The program wizard will start providing step-by-step instructions on how to transfer services or products. Follow on the screen wizard to set required parameters.

Clone items

• Item ID - enter the item ID, which you want to move to another account. You can locate the ID in the Item types module.
• Account ID - enter the accounts' ID to which you want to move an item. You can locate the ID in the Customer management module.

Confirmation

To avoid mistakes when transferring the items, the form provides information about both accounts and items.

If everything is correct, click "Finish" for confirmation.
