This document describes the usage of BILLmanager. The target audience is BILLmanager end-users.

  • Customer - the main module for customers. It enables you to view detailed information about customers and edit it, if necessary.




  • Finances - this module can be used to pay for services, view information about expenses and due invoices.
    • Credits/Payments Image:b-std.png Image:b-adv.png Image:b-corp.png - view a detailed list of payments for services.
    • Orders Image:b-std.png Image:b-adv.png Image:b-corp.png - view and manage a list of requests by the customer for services.
    • Expenses Image:b-std.png Image:b-adv.png Image:b-corp.png - view detailed information about funds that were debited from the customer's personal accounts.
    • Invoices Image:b-std.png Image:b-adv.png Image:b-corp.png - view the information about invoices.
    • Affiliate program commissions Image:b-adv.png Image:b-corp.png - view the information about commissions for the affiliate programs.


  • Support - the module can be used to contact the Technical support.
    • Open tickets Image:b-std.png Image:b-adv.png Image:b-corp.png - submit new trouble tickets, view and move existing tickets to the archive.
    • Archived tickets Image:b-std.png Image:b-adv.png Image:b-corp.png - view a list of existing tickets and move them back to Open tickets.
    • Knowledge base Image:b-std.png Image:b-adv.png Image:b-corp.png - view the articles that describe how to use the control panel and solve problems, if any.



  • Server Statistics - view statistical information related to the customer account.


  • Other Settings - the module can be used to customize the control panel parameters, such as notification subscription, favourites, and so on.
    • Notifications Image:b-std.png Image:b-adv.png Image:b-corp.png - subscribe to email notifications from the billing system.
    • Favourites Image:b-std.png Image:b-adv.png Image:b-corp.png - manage favourites items to facilitate using the billing panel.
    • Settings Image:b-std.png - manage the customer's contact data.
    • General settings Image:b-std.png Image:b-adv.png Image:b-corp.png - customize the BILLmanager interface.
    • Affiliate program Image:b-adv.png - manage the affiliate programs that the customer is registered in.
