Customer group (Corporate)

A Customer group is a group, to which a customer belongs. In this module you may view the list of the groups, which the customer is assigned to. To do that, select a customer from the list and click the "Groups" icon.

If you wish to create a new group and assign customers, please go to the Customer groups(for provider) module.

View a list of customer groups

  • ID - group unique identifier.
  • Group - name of the group that the customer can be assigned to.
  • Status - status shows whether this customer is assigned to the group or not:
Image:p-on.png - the selected customer is assigned to this group.
Image:p-off.png - the selected customer is not assigned to the selected group.
