Customer selection criteria

This module can be used to create and manage conditions for selecting customers. For example, customers for the survey can be selected according to the services purchased, the amount of money they spent on products and services, and so on.

Once you have specified conditions you can view a list of the billing customers meeting these requirements.

List of criterion

  • ID - criterion unique identifier.
  • Criterion - condition used to select customers for the survey.
  • Active - criterion current status:

Add criterion

To create a new criterion, click the "New" icon and fill out the form:

Services

  • Project - select a customer's project.
  • Package - select a service package.
  • Order period - select a service order period.
  • Status - select the service current status.
  • Order date - order date is included into the specified period (in relation to the current date).
  • Place condition - select where you want to place the newly created condition: either after a specific condition or at the top of the list.
  • After condition - the newly created criterion will be places after the selected one.

Customer characteristics

  • Registration date - date when the customer was registered in the billing panel. If not specified, the current date will be applied
  • Registration period: - provide a range starting the specified date or the current date.
  • Customer groups - select a group the customer is assigned to.
  • Projects - select a customer's project.
  • Customer ID(s) - provide a customer's ID. You can specify several Ids space separated. A customer ID can be found in the Customer management module.
  • Place condition - select where you want to place the newly created condition: either after a specific condition or at the top of the list.
  • After condition - the newly created criterion will be places after the selected one.

User properties

  • Language - select a customer's language.

Financial information

  • Project - select a customer's project.
  • Balance of account - specify customer's current balance of account. You may specify either a range or one value.
  • Expenses - specify customer's expenses. You may specify either a range or one value.
  • period - select a period (over the whole period, for the current year, for the last full month, for the current month).
  • Payments - specify payments made by the customer. You may specify either a range or one value.
  • period - select a period (over the whole period, for the current year, for the last full month, for the current month).
  • Credit limit - specify the credit limit the customer is allowed to use. You may specify either a range or one value.
  • Last payment - specify the number of days that passed since the last payment. You may specify either a range or one value.
  • Place condition - select where you want to place the newly created condition: either after a specific condition or at the top of the list.
  • After condition - the newly created criterion will be places after the selected one.

Edit criterion

To edit a criterion, locate it, click the "Edit" icon and modify the settings you want to change.

Delete criterion

To delete a criterion, select it from the list and click the "Delete" icon. Confirm that you wish to delete the criterion by clicking OK on the following form.

Customers who meet the conditions

Clicking the "Test" icon you can view a list of customers meeting the conditions specified. This customers will be selected for the survey.
