Department permissions

The module allows you to view a detailed list of the functions this department is allowed perform in the billing panel. You can allow or deny access to the specific system functions. For example, you can restrict access to the modules concerning customer accounts or finance documents for the technical support team. Or forbid the Marketing department to manage domain settings, hosting services, etc.

View a list of permissions

  • Name - name of the billing module.
  • Function - name of the function associated with the billing's functions.
  • Permissions - current status of the department.
Image:p-on.png - the selected department is allowed to access this module.
Image:p-off.png - the selected department is denied to access this module.

Detailed list of functions

With this function You may view detailed information about privileges this department is allowed to use in the billing modules. To do that, select a corresponding line and click the "Department access permissions" icon. A form with detailed information will appear. For example, in the "Companies" module you can specify whether the department's members can add, delete, edit and perform other actions, or not. You can select either all the actions on the list or those you need.
