All the e-mails sent to the billing customer are received by the assigned administrators according to the ticket's category. However, sometimes there can be message that are not transferred to any administrator or department. In this case, they will be stored in this module and you will have to manually redirect emails to the assigned administrators or mark them as spam.

In the E-mail module can be used for viewing and routing the email messages that due to some reasons were not sent to the specified email address.

View a list of e-mails

  • ID - e-mail unique identifier.
  • Subject - brief description of the e-mail.
  • Sender's e-mail box - e-mail was sent from that e-mail box.
  • Date received - date when the e-mail was received.
  • Sent to - the e-mail was sent to that address.

View e-mail

To view or edit the text of the e-mail, select it from the list, click the "Edit" icon and fill out the following form:

  • Sender's e-mail box - e-mail box of a message sender.
  • Sent to the e-mail box that has received the e-mail.
  • Subject - brief description of the e-mail.
  • Message body - text of the message.
  • Reason for disabling - the reason why this e-mail was not sent to the trouble tickets system.
  • Action - select the appropriate action that you wish to perform over the e-mail:
    • No action - remain the e-mail unchanged.
    • Resolve the situation - this ticket will be redirected to the departmentin charge for the issue.
    • Delete - delete the e-mail. In this case the sender will be able to submit tickets to the system.
    • Delete the selected e-mail as spam - delete the e-mail as it is supposed spam. After this, the sender won't be able to submit tickets to the system.

Delete e-mail

With this function you may delete the e-mail that you do not need. To do so, select it from the list and click the "Delete" icon. Confirm that you wish to delete the e-mail by clicking OK on the following form. After that a sender will be able to send e-mails from his address to the Support center.

Delete e-mail as spam

With this function you may delete the spam e-mail. To so, select it from the list and click the "SPAM" icon. Confirm that you wish to delete the e-mail by clicking OK on the following form.

Please note, that after that the sender will not be able to send e-mails to the Support system from his e-mail address.

Filter the list

You can use the list filter to search the information about e-mail by specific parameters. To initiate searching, click the "Filter" icon and fill out the form. You do not need to fill out all the fields. The search can be carried out by the Sender's e-mail box, receiver's e-mail box, subject, message body and date.

Once the filter is set, the list will be filtered by e-mail. You can clear the filter that you have previously set by clicking the "Remove filter" button.
