Failed to extract files from backup

This error indicates that an attempt to unzip the files failed. Possible causes:

  • no write permissions to the directory;
  • no free disk space.

To solve the problem make sure you have enough free disk space, create a temporary directory, copy and paste the archive and try to unzip again.
