This module can be used to set up phone verification for Item types, Service packages and Order periods.

You may enable or disable fraud protection for each specific element. If the fraud protection is active for a service package or its period, phone verification will be performed on the last order step, otherwise, when selecting an item type.

The list consists of there levels:

  • Item types and Package groups - all the item types and package groups available in the system are displayed. If the phone verification is active for an item type or a group, it will be active for all the service packages that contains that type or assigned to that group.
  • Package groups - the list of all service packages of the specific item type. If the package is assigned to the project with the fraud protection disabled, it won't be displayed on the list, because the protection is disabled by default. If the protection is active for the service package, it will be active for all its order periods as well.
  • Order periods - the list of order periods of the specific service package.

For more information you may read the article Fraud protection.

Package settings

Using this function you can set up protection for all the service packages of the specific item type. If the package is assigned to the project with the fraud protection disabled, it won't be displayed on the list, because the protection is disabled by default. If the protection is not active for the service package, it is not active for all its order periods.

On the table that will appear next you can also set up protection for order periods of the specific service package.
