Full list of the "System files"

Below are all the system files to be backed up if "System files" was defined in the backup plan:

  • /etc/passwd
  • /etc/group
  • /etc/ssh
  • /etc/ssl
  • /etc/crontab
  • /etc/logrotate.conf
  • named configuration files (named.conf and the folder with the zone files)
  • configuration files of the SMTP and POP servers
  • MySQL configuration files (my.cnf)
  • PostgreSQL configuration files (pg_hba.conf)
  • nginx configuration files (nginx.conf)
  • PHP configuration files (php.ini, extensions.ini)
  • awstat configuration files
  • ispmgr.conf

for FreeBSD

  • /etc/rc.conf
  • /etc/inetd.conf
  • /etc/newsyslog.conf
  • /usr/local/etc
