The gateway allows to transfer incoming email to a specific email address of the support center department. If the system "recognizes" the address that has sent the email and identifies the user, the ticket will be sent to Support center. If not, the email will be redirected to the E-mail module, and the sender will be prompted to register an account in the billing panel.
SMS and Jabber gateways can only send messages.

View a list of gateways
- ID - gateway unique identifier.
- Gateway type - type of the gateway, for example E-mail, Jabber or SMS.
- Identifier - email address, JID or cell phone number to which the incoming email will be forwarded.
- Project - provider's project.
To edit a gateway, locate the one you wish to edit, click the "Edit" icon and modify the settings you want to change.
To delete a gateway, select it from the list and click the "Delete" icon. Confirm that you wish to delete the gateway by clicking OK on the following form.
