The gateway allows to transfer incoming email to a specific email box of the support center department. If the system "recognizes" the address that has sent the email and identifies the user, the ticket will be sent to Support center. If not, the email will be redirected to the E-mail module, and the sender will be prompted to register an account in the billing panel.

View a list of gateways

  • ID - gateway unique identifier.
  • Gateway type - type of the gateway, such as Mail.
  • Identifier - the email box to which the incoming email will be forwarded.

Create new gateway

To create a new gateway, click the "New" icon and fill out the following form:

  • Gateway type - select a type of the gateway.
  • Project - select an associated project.
  • Category - select a category associated with the email message.
  • Email box - enter an email box to forward the email messages.

Edit gateway

To edit a gateway, locate the one you wish to edit, click the "Edit" icon and modify the settings you want to change.

Delete gateway

To delete a gateway, select it from the list and click the "Delete" icon. Confirm that you wish to delete the gateway by clicking OK on the following form.
