IP-addresses management (DNSmanager)
From ISPWiki
The DNSmanager control panel allows you to manage IP-addresses that can be assigned, or have been assigned to your control panel users for their domain slave servers. If you manage your IP-addresses through IPmanager, this module will be unavailable.
Please note, that you cannot create a control panel's user unless you add at least one IP-address. Once you have added one in this module, you can proceed to creating a new user.
See also Customizing DNSmanager.
