ISPmanager password recovery
If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can easily restore it using the ISPmanager interface.
Follow the "Password recovery" link on the authentication form.
Password recovery via email
- Username - provide a username that you normally enter in the authentication form to gain access to ISPmanager. The password recovery instruction will sent to the email address that is provided in the user edit form.
Note! If you do not remember your username, contact your Customer care department for assistance and provide as much information about your account as possible. According to the password recovery policy set by your administrator, you will be further provide with the information on how to restore your password.
The following error messages may display if the password recovery process failes:
- This username is not registered
- The param user is found on several servers
- Email is not specified for param
To resolve these issues, carefully read the information and follow the instruction therein.
