Invalid time format

This error indicates that you specify invalid time to delay the customer's ticket.

Try again by providing the time in the correct format: [[DD:]HH:]MM (i.e. you may specify minutes, as well as hours and days if needed).

Alternatively, you may leave the field blank to postpone the ticket indefinitely.
