Invoices (Corporate)

The module provides a wide range of functions that you can use to manage invoices that are made out for the services provided to customers. You may add a new invoice, view and edit the invoice items, print the invoice and envelope to send it to your customers.
To search for the required information by specific parameters you may set a filter.
You may switch to user control panel as well, if you need more information about a certain customer.

View a list of invoices
- ID - invoice unique identifier.
- Number - invoice number.
- Date - the date of the invoice.
- Provider - your company name.
- Customer - the name of the company or individual you are invoicing.
- Amount - total amount owed.
Add new invoice
To add a new invoice, click the "New" icon and fill out the following form:
- Company - enter the name of your company.
- Payers - enter the payers' IDs space separated you are invoicing. If you want to invoice all your customers, leave the field blank.
- Invoice date - select the date the invoice is to be made out.
- Expenses from - select a start date to generate the invoice.
- Expenses to - select an end date to generate the invoice.
Edit invoice
To edit a customer's invoice, select it from the list, click the "Edit" icon and modify the data:
- Invoice number - enter an invoice number.
- Invoice date - enter a start date to generating a new invoice.
Regenerate invoice
With this function you may regenerate the invoice that you already have on the list. To do that, select it, click the "Recreate" icon and fill out the form:
- Expenses from - select the start date to regenerate the invoice.
- Expenses to - select the end date to regenerate the invoice.
Delete invoice
To delete an invoice, select it from the list and click the "Delete" icon. Confirm that you want to delete the selected invoice by clicking OK in the following form.
Filter invoices' list
You can use the list filter to search the information about invoices by specific parameters. To initiate searching, click the "Filter" icon and fill out the form. You do not need to fill out all the fields. The search can be carried out by the ID, customer, contract number, company, contract type and status.
Once the filter is set, the list will be filtered by invoice. You can clear the filter that you have previously set by clicking "Remove filter" button.
Filter by selected account
With this function You may search for information not by a criteria, but a specific customer. To do so, click the "Filter" icon. The filter by this account will be set throughout the billing.
Once the filter is set, on the control panel You may see the field with filter parameters and the "Remove filter" icon. Click it to cancel the filter.
Print invoice
To view or print the invoice, select it from the list and click the "Print" icon. In the new browser window you may view the invoice content and print it.
Print envelope for invoice
The function is used to print envelopes for invoices. Select the required invoice and click the "Print envelope" icon. In the browser window you may see this envelope that you can print.
Switch to user panel
Sometimes You may need to access the control panel as any client. To do so, select him from the list and click the "Switch to User panel" icon.
Once logged in, You may manage the control panel as the selected customer.
To return to your login level, click the link that is located next to the welcome line.
