Invoices (for provider)

An Invoice is an official document that confirms that the services have been provided, and the customer has been charged for them.
This module offers you a wide range of functions for invoices management. You may add a new invoice, view and edit the invoice items, print the envelope that may be used to send invoices to your customers.
To search for required information by specific parameters, you may set the filters.
You may switch to the user's control panel as well in order to find the required account information.

View a list of invoices
- ID - invoice unique identifier.
- Number - invoice number.
- Date - date of the invoice.
- Provider - name of the company that provides services to customers.
- Customer - the company or individual name you are invoicing.
- Amount due - the total amount owed.
Add new invoice
To add a new invoice, click the "New" icon and fill out the following form:
- Company - enter the name of your company.
- Payers - enter the IDs of the payers you are invoicing. Leaving the field blank will invoice all your customers.
- Invoice date - select the date of the invoice.
- Expenses from date - select the start date to generate the invoice.
- Expenses to date - select the end date to generate the invoice.
Edit invoice
To edit an invoice, select the one you want to edit, click the "Edit" icon and modify its settings:
- Invoice number - enter an invoice number.
- Invoice date - enter a start date for generating a new invoice.
Regenerate invoice
With this function you may regenerate the invoice you already have on the list. To do that, select it, click the "Recreate" icon and fill out the form:
- Expenses from - select the start date to regenerate the invoice.
- Expenses to - select the end date to regenerate the invoice.
Print invoices
Using this function you can view the invoice information and print it, if necessary. To do so, select the required invoice from the list and click the "Print" icon. A new browser window will open allowing you to view and print the invoice.
Delete invoice
To delete an invoice, select it from the list and click the "Delete" icon. Confirm that you wish to delete the invoice by clicking OK on the following form.
Print invoice
To view or print the invoice, select it from the list and click the "Print" icon. A new window will open. You can print the invoice using your browser's print function.
Save invoice
To save the invoice as PDF, select it and click the "Save" icon. A new window will open. You can save and print the invoice using your browser's print function.
Print envelope for invoice
The function is used to print the envelopes for documents, such as invoices. Select the required invoice and click the "Envelope" icon. A new window will open. You can print the envelope using your browser's print function.
Filter invoices' list
You can use the list filter to search the information about invoice by specific parameters. To initiate searching, click the "Filter" icon and fill out the form. You do not need to fill out all the fields.The search can be carried out by the ID, customer, contract number, company, contract type and status.
Once the filter is set, the list will be filtered by invoice. You can clear the filter that you have previously set by clicking the "Remove filter" button.

Switch to user panel
Sometimes You may need to access the control panel as any customer. To do so, select him from the list and click the "Enter" icon.
Once logged in, You may view and use the control panel as the selected customer.
To return to your level, use the link next to the welcome line.
