Kinds of services

The Kind of services is a classification of the services that are provided to the customers. For example, all operations with domain can be called "Domain name registration", and the process of submitting tickets to the Support center and providing help by technical and finance administrators can be called "Consulting".
This module can be used to add new kinds of services, edit and delete the existing ones. The services from this list will be used when creating new packages. If you wish to provide your own kind of services according to your business needs, you can add it to BILLmanager (only in Advanced and Corporate versions). View a list of services
- ID - service unique identifier.
- Name - service name.
Create new kind of service
To create a new service, click the "New" icon and fill out the following form:
- Name - enter a name for the service.
Edit service
To edit a service, locate the service you wish to edit, click the "Edit" icon and modify the settings you want to change.
Delete service
To delete a service, select it from the list and click the "Delete" icon. Confirm that you wish to delete the service by clicking OK on the following form.
