Local networks (DSmanager)

This module can be used to manage the local networks.

View the local networks' list

  • Group - name of the group, which this network belongs to.
  • Network IP-address - network IP-address.
  • Network mask - network mask.
  • Gateway - network gateway.
  • NFS server - IP -address of a NFS server for this network.

Add new local network

To add a new local network, click the "Add" icon and fill out the form:

  • Group - from the drop-down menu select an existing group or create a new one. The DHCP server requires that all the networks that can be accessible through an interface to be groped into so called shred networks.
  • Group name - enter the name for the network.
  • Network IP-address - enter a network IP-address.
  • Network mask - enter a network mask, such as
  • Gateway - enter a network gateway.
  • NFS server - enter an IP -address of the NFS server for this network. Leaving the field blank will apply dhcpd global settings.

Edit local network

To edit a local network, locate the one you wish to edit, click the "Edit" icon and modify the settings you want to change.

Delete local network

To delete a local network, select it from the list and click the "Delete" icon. Confirm that you want to delete the selected local network by clicking OK on the following form.
