You may merge two customer accounts into one. A customer must submit a corresponding request to the support center from both accounts.
The program wizard will start providing step-by-step instructions. Follow on the screen wizard to merge the accounts.
- Primary account ID - enter the customer's ID that will be kept. You can locate the ID in the Customers module.
- Merging accounts ID - enter the slave accounts' ID to merge with, comma separated.
The information about both accounts will be displayed.
If everything is correct, click "Finish" to confirm that you want to merge the accounts.
