Email notifications

In this module you may subscribe to email or SMS notifications that will be sent automatically to the administrator of the support center.

For example, it can be new trouble ticket notifications or new messages in the existing ticket notifications.

View a list of notifications

  • Name - name of the notification that will be sent to the technical support member.
  • Status - current subscription status:
Image:p-on.png - technical support specialist is subscribed to this email notification.
Image:p-off.png - technical support specialist is not subscribed to this email notifications.
  • SMS notification - current subscription status:
Image:p-on.png - technical support specialist is subscribed to this SMS notification.
Image:p-off.png - technical support specialist is not subscribed to this SMS notifications.
