In this module you may subscribe to email, Jabber or SMS notifications that will be sent automatically to administrators of your support center.

For example, it can be new trouble ticket notifications or new messages in the existing ticket notifications. If you want to modify texts of the messages, go to the Message templates module, select a template and modify its text.

Contact information, such as email address, cell phone number and Jabbber identifier can be specified in the Administrator management module.

To activate Jabber notifications, go to the Features module, select "Jabber notifications" and click the "On" icon Image:p-on.png.

List of notification types

  • Type - type of the notification that will be sent to users:
    • E-mail - notifications will be emailed to support staff.
    • SMS - notifications will be sent to support staff.
    • Jabber - Jabber notifications will be sent to support staff.

View notifications

To view and manage a list of notifications, select the corresponding type and click the "Notifications" icon.
