A survey or questionnaire is a simple and productive tool to aid you in obtaining constructive feedback from your customers.

In this module you can create a number of questions for the survey and specify answers to them. You can view comments of your customers related to a specific question.

List of questions

  • ID - question unique identifier.
  • Position - position of the question on the list.
  • Question - text of the question.

Add question

To add a new question, click the "Create" icon and fill out the form:

  • Question - specify your question.
  • Position - specify the place where this question should be on the list.
  • Number of answer variants - provide the number of answers a user can select.
  • Rows in the Comment field - provide the number of rows in the "comment" field. Specifying 0 will forbid a customer to leave comments. A Comment area in the question will help to find out why respondents rated you as they did.
  • Answer the question if: - if specified, the answer choices will depend on the question-condition selected below.
  • Question-condition - the question you are adding will depend on the selected question-condition.
  • Answer-condition - select the answer(s) to the question specified above.

Edit question

To edit a question, locate the question you wish to edit, click the "Edit" icon and modify the settings you want to change.

Delete question

To delete a question, select it from the list and click the "Delete" icon. Confirm that you wish to delete the question by clicking OK on the following form.
