Resellers (ISPmanager)

Reseller is a special user type who can resell hosting resources and services. They can crate and manage their own users, but cannot have resellers of their own.
In this module you can add new resellers, edit their properties, delete, disable or enable them, submit tickets to the Support center and switch to their control panel if necessary. Server administrator can restrict their access to resources and functions. Resellers can allocate resources to their users.

View a list of resellers
- Name - user name than this reseller uses to gain access to the control panel.
- Properties - parameters that describe functionality available to the selected reseller:
- this reseller account is active
- this reseller account is not active
- Shell access is active for this reseller.
- CGI is active for the WWW domains of this reseller
- PHP is active for for the WWW domains of this reseller.
- SSI is active for the WWW domains of this reseller.
- HTTPS is active for for the WWW domains of this reseller
- Users - number of user accounts that the reseller has registered/can register.
- Disk quota - disk space (limit/used).
- Traffic - amount of traffic (limit/used).
Delete reseller
To delete a reseller, select him from the list and click the "Delete" icon. Confirm that you want to delete the reseller by clicking "OK" in the following form.
Please note! You cannot delete a reseller account, if has at least one associated user.
Send a message
ISPmanager Pro allows you to submit tickets to the Support centre of your resellers or users.
Select a reseller from the list, click "Message" and fill out the following form:
- Subject - enter a message subject that will be displayed on the list of trouble tickets.
- Priority - select the priority:
- High - the problem should be resolved immediately,
- Medium - the problem is not very important,
- Low- the problem is not urgent.
- Category - select a category. For more information please read Ticket categories.
- Text - enter a text of the message.
Switch to Reseller panel
You can access the control panel of the selected reseller. To do that, select him from the list and click the "Enter" icon.
Once logged in, you can manage the control panel with privileges of the selected reseller.
To return to your level, use the link next to the welcome line.
