Each invoice can have multiple invoice detail instances. With this function you may view the list of items listed in the invoice. To do that, select the required invoice from the list and click the "Detail" icon.

View a list of services

  • ID - unique identifier of the service or product.
  • Description - brief description of what you are charging for.
  • Amount - total amount due.
  • Invoice documents - documents that were used to pay for the service or product provided.

Edit the invoice item

With this function you may edit description of the invoiced service, for example if a customer's accountant need a different name or description of the invoice's item. To do that, click the "Edit" icon and enter the desired name or description:

  • Description - enter new description of what you are charging for according to your business needs.
