The service/product is not active

This error occurs in either of the following cases:

  • when trying to renew the "Ordered" service,
  • when trying to order an IP-address for an inactive service.
  • (BILLmanager RU-CENTER) when trying to edit a package for the inactive service. To edit the package and renew the service, select the service you need and click the "Edit" icon.

To resolve this problem you need to wait for the service to be automatically processed, or if the service is processed manually, for the provider to process it.
