The ticket is blocked by the other administrator

This error occurs when trying to answer to a client's ticket while another administrator is doing so(i.e. he selected the check "Assign to me" to prevent other support center members from editing the ticket's message).

You won't be able to post new messages to the ticket unless that administrator unblocks the ticket.

You can unblock it yourself if necessary by clicking the "Unblock" icon on the toolar.
