This username is not registered

This error occurs when trying to restore the user password and indicates that the specified username is not registered in the billing system.

Try again by providing a different username.

If the problem persists contact your Technical support or Customer Care department. They will provide you with a temporary password to access the system.

For security reasons you must change the temporary password upon login. Go to the User management module and click the Edit icon and provide a new password.

Note! Your hosting provider may use other methods to solve this problem.
