In this module you can view and manage messages in a selected trouble ticket. For example, you can split the ticket into several messages and start a new ticket with the selected message.View a list of messages
- ID - message unique identifier.
- Message body - text of the ticket's message.
- Post date - date when last the message was submitted to the technical support.
- Account - user account who posted the message in the ticket.
View message
You can use this function to view a message. Select the required message and click the "Edit" icon. A form with the massage body will be displayed.
Split ticket
You can use this function to split the ticket into several messages (if any) and submit a new ticket with the selected message. To do that, select the desired message and click the "Split" icon. Then you may provide a new subject for a ticket or leave the same name. Once you are done, a new ticket will be submitted to the support center.
Delete message
To delete a message from the ticket, select it from the list and click the "Delete" icon. Confirm that you want to delete the selected message by clicking OK in the following form.
