Unable to delete the "In progress" services

The error occurs when a customer is trying to cancel the service that has not been processed yet (the order status is "In-progress/blocked"). If the status of the invoice associated with the order is "Not paid", the customer can go to the "Finance" section -> Payments to delete the invoice himself and then go to the Orders module to delete the order.

If the invoice is paid (its current status is "Paid"), you need to contact your hosting provider to delete the service.
