User management (DNSmanager)
From ISPWiki
DNSmanager allows to distribute management functions to its users. There are 3 access levels in the control panel:
- Administrator - can use any of the functions to manage the control panel users, monitor statistical information, such as Action log (DNSmanager) and Active sessions customize the control panel functions.
- User - can manage his name servers and domain names.
- Reseller - unlike DNSmanager users, a reseller can create and manage the control panel users.
DNSmanager users have nothing to do with the operating system users. These accounts are only used in DNSmanager.
Please note! You cannot add a new user or reseller with private name space, if you do not have free IP-addresses. You can add and manage them in the IP-addresses module. See also Customizing DNSmanager.
In this module you can add new users, edit existing ones, delete, disable and enable them, and access the control panel of your users.
